With it's own private entrance for your safety "The Beeches" is located in a sought after residential area in its own grounds. We offer a private suite consisting of a bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, separate utility area with washing machine and dryer and a toilet/ shower room all of which are exclusive to the guest. Work desk and chair and high speed fibre broadband provided. The space NITB approved accomodation with velux roof windows and high ceilings that give a bright and airy feel. The living area has a feature wood burning stove and work desk. The house is in its own grounds and very private with wonderful views over the city from the garden. Although we are located just a short walk away from the shops, restaraunts and bars in the city centre our location is very private. We are available if needed but you'll have the place to yourself if you want peace and quiet. Guest access Guests can avail of a private mature garden with patio area and fire pit. There is ample space for private off road parking. Other things to note Although we are close to the city and all amenities the house is in its own private grounds with wonderful mature trees and shrubs. We have great views from the grounds of the city sky line with the Bernish mountains in the distance.
