Description
Facing the sea, this 1905 house, renovated in 2019, has direct and secure access to the seawall and sandy beach (without car passage), as well as a sheltered and wooded garden protected from the wind. Accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), it is the ideal place for the whole family wishing to share a vacation with children and grandchildren to discover the Queen of Iodine. The space The ground floor of the house (consisting of a kitchen, entrance, dining room-living room, bedroom with 140 bed and private shower room/toilet) is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) using a ramp. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed (one with private shower room), a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a second shower room and separate toilet. The garden will allow children to play safely, and have lunch in peace. Bikes are available, as well as shrimp fishing nets, beach games and board games. Connected Wi-Fi, the living room is equipped with a TV, as well as two bedrooms. An outdoor shower is provided for when you return from the beach before enjoying the barbecue at your disposal. Guest access The whole of the house is at your disposal, as well as the garden and laundry room.
