Four beautiful bedrooms boast 3 queen beds with quality mattresses (medium softness King Koil - new in July 2023), 2 single and 1 bunk bed. House is perfect for 3 or 4 couples or a large family. Linen and towels are provided. The space Self-contained kitchen with all appliances (toaster, sandwich maker, frying pan, kettle), dishwasher, large fridge, oven and microwave. Covered deck with four-burner gas BBQ, bar fridge, outdoor setting with 10 chairs and two sun lounges. Downstairs bunk room with separate ensuite and reverse cycle air-conditioned rumpus room with smart TV, DVD player and table tennis table. Sports equipment includes basketball and ring, beach cricket set and 5 boogie-boards. Open-plan family room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood-fired Coonara (wood provided) and big screen smart TV. There are also books and board games. Bathroom has separate bath and shower. Laundry complete with washing machine and clothes dryer. Dogs are welcome in our large, enclosed backyard which is also perfect for basketball, football, cricket, etc. There is an additional front courtyard with table and chairs and an outdoor shower (including hot running water!) for after the beach. Strictly no smoking indoors. Only 400m from Torquay's beautiful White's beach and playground and a short distance from surf beaches, surf outlet shopping, cafes and restaurants.
