During the stay, the house and everything you see will be for the exclusive use of the person who rents it. It is not shared. Beautiful renovated house in a gated community with 24-hour private security. 10 minutes from Aranjuez, Chinchón and other beautiful places in the community of Madrid. 42 minutes from Atocha. Amazing views. Peace, pool, barbecue. The space A 160-square-meter villa on two floors (some parts will not be made available to those who rent.) 800-square-meter plot Barbecue. Park. Pool. Private development with security barriers and security guard. Securitas Direct alarm and cameras on the property. The cameras are actually photo-detectors and will be TOTALLY inoperative during your ENTIRE stay. For families, couples, or friends. The upper floor has the living room, full bathroom, balcony and kitchen. The living room has a very comfortable double sofa bed for 2 guests. It also has a room with a single bed that converts to a double (not always available) The lower part has 2 bedrooms, a living room and 1 full bathroom. Two rooms have 1 double bed each and the third room has a trundle bed (for 2 people) and a double sofa bed. In short, the house can accommodate between 8 people and 1 person downstairs and 4 people upstairs. There are cameras outside and inside the apartment that are not accessible by the property but by the alarm and only in case of emergency. During your stay your alarm will be disabled and the cameras covered. While the kitchen is upstairs, in the laundry room downstairs there is a refrigerator (old) but it works perfectly and a sink. The pool, park and everything you see in the photo is for exclusive use (not shared with anyone) Please note: the condition of the pool and park is not guaranteed outside the summer season (June 15 to September 15). Although the condition is good, do not forget that it is a country house with the limitations and changes that this entails. You may experience small power outages, sudden humidity and similar things. Although the pool is delivered clean in terms of chlorine level and correct PH and is cleaned beforehand, it may happen that due to a blizzard, rain or similar, the guest must use the pool cleaner and the net to achieve an optimal state. Remember that you are in the middle of nature and that a breeze can cause the newly cleaned bottom to become dirty again. Cleaning the bottom does not take more than 10 minutes. Guest access The whole house, pool, park, soccer/basketball court, children's playground, zip line. Other things to note The pool will be available from June 15 to September 15. As it is my own house, certain parts will remain closed and in the rented areas there may be personal effects. The good condition of the lawn and the park in general is not guaranteed for reservations made less than 72 hours in advance, nor for reservations that start before July 1, since it takes time to leave the park in minimum conditions due to the climatic characteristics of the region. Unauthorized visits are prohibited (consult me). No annoying noises during the siesta and after 10pm. The house is a vacation property of the owner so you will not be able to access any room (there are no photos or advertisements either) or use certain spaces in full (cabinets, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets) Also, being for personal use, there may also be typical things of houses with children such as toys, a stained wall or sofa that does not always have time to repair or replace.
