Guest suite in Milan

Our DesignLab, clean and very spacious (120sq.m), is at semi-basement floor with independent entrance (but directly connected w/our apt). Can easily accommodate 6 people in 2 private big rooms and private bathroom with a very big living space. Central area in the heart of Navigli, close to everything (Bocconi University, Navigli, Naba, Domus Academy, Darsena, Colonne S. Lorenzo, Zona Tortona), walking distance from Duomo. Unique atmosphere. Great for DesignWeek/FashionWeek. Verify house rules. The space We would like you to feel at home: the atmosphere is welcoming and the discretion assured. This space has been totally renovated very recently. Very spacious and original. It is an environment with a personal touch that combines design and contemporary decor details with works of art and ceramics created by the owner, architect and ceramist. The studio is a large space open to the building courtyard, with two rooms at the end, which therefore have absolute privacy and availability of private bathroom and small private kitchenette. Our DesignLab has independent heating: it is well heated in winter, very cool and ventilated in summer. There is free Wi-Fi available, bookcases particularly specialized in art and design. You will also find hairdryer, washing machine, iron, towels and sheets. Guest access A door separates our house from the entrance of your flat (as on photos and house plan), which gives you independent access to the 2 bedrooms with bathroom and small kitchenette equipped for breakfast. The house overlooks a large courtyard full of greenery, well-kept with benches, swing and slide for children, lawn, flowers and trees. When the weather is nice you will love sunbathing outside. Other things to note Near our DesignLab there are: newsstands, bars, supermarkets, butchers, wine bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, bars (the Navigli area is a favorite for nightlife), dry cleaners. They are the same that we also use, generally cheaper than those for tourists in the historic center.
