Newly renovated beach house ,Get away from it all 3 bedroom house great views of Sarina Bay. 2 minute Walk to the beach and local shop. Local restaurant-The Palms( 2 minutes drive ) on Sarina beach and with free shuttle bus. Free Wi Fi, Netflix Amazing deck with swim spa and BBQ 30-minute drive you are in Mackay’s City Centre with Myer etc major shopping center. drop your boat in 200 meters down the street and access the fantastic islands of the Great barrier reef. The space 3 bedroom all with Queen size beds 2 of them have air-conditioning all have ceiling fans. Living room kitchen with air-conditioning. Guest access You are welcome to use entire house inc front deck swim spa, back entertainment area Other things to note we hope you enjoy your stay! Please take use of all facilities whilst you are on the property: - Free Wifi - Complimentary tea, coffee, cookie for little ones ,coffee pod, milk+ books to read - Complimentary shampoo, lotion ,soap ,dish washing liquid, laundry liquid and fabric conditioner satchel - BBQ - Swim Spa ( setting is 26 degree only pls note before booking with us ) - Board Games, Toys - Netflix, Youtube etc - Children’s Books - Wireless Speaker - Pool Shade - House rules - Attention! ! Brand new carpet please take your shoes off before entering beach house, extra clean charge apply if stains or special clean needed after guest check out Spa pool will be regularly serviced ,We would appreciate if you could pls wash off sand or mud before enter into spa pool , no food no drink in pool pls to ensure nice clean NOTE : DO NOT CHANGE SPA SETTING !!!FEE WILL APPLY spa setting is 26-28 degrees we apologize we are not able to raise the spa temperature several times guest have changed spa settings and the spa became unusable for next check in guest . We would like to bring this to attention to all our lovely guests in advance before you make booking with us pls understand spa temperature setting 26-28 degree only .we would rather keep a healthy pool for next check in. DRIVEWAY with caravan or trailer or boat , there is plenty area to park on drive way or on front of the house Children: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present and children always be supervised at pool/spa area Smart lock: We use smart lock 99% guest open door within 5 second but we do have couple of guests who could not work out how to use smart key Please ensure you can manage this before make booking with us or ensure you have someone who can help when you stay as host does not live there to open the door and we understand it can be frustrating At the end of the agreed tenancy, Guests /tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return key to where it come from, Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property. Cleanliness and damages: Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants/ Guest stay will be paid for by the tenants/Guests; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels, mattress protector. The tenants agree to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating. Dishes need to be washed, dried, and put away, rubbish is to be taken out. Extra cleaning fees will apply (min $60.00) if extra cleaning is required. Events or party: No event or party will be allowed at the property penalty and extra charges will be applied. Parties can lead to misbehaviour of guest resulting in house damages happens. please do not book with us if you intend to have an event. Pets: Strictly NO PET!! Even only a short pet visit!! We promote the house as no pets allowed so guests who have allergies can feel comfortable in booking. Pls don’t bring your pet no matter how small as ignoring this rule could result in the next guest falling ill. Our aim is for our guest to feel safe and healthy if ignored a penalty and extra cleaning charges will be applied and if found pet on property you will be asked to vacate immediately and lose all your payment kids painting/drawing It delightful to have kids around could we please ask kids not to do any painting or drawing or colouring on carpet, rugs, beds, walls as we did have few stays with paint marks cannot wash off. If ignored this will incur extra clean charges. Bin day on early Wednesday morning !
