Its a Quiet & Peaceful guest house, the rooms are furnished with well plated Vitrified tiles on floor. All basic amenities are there like Wardrobe, dressing table toiletries.Guest can access to almost all areas of the property, terrace and common space. A quiet and calm place among the residential. Secured Parking for cars. 20 feet wide road. We have 24*7 house keeper who can also cook and provide room service for you. Only 5 kms from kolkata airport. The space The place gives you a peaceful ambience away from the busy streets pollution yet very close to main road. 2 mins walking distance to several Veg & Non Veg Restaurants, cafe, Market. Basic transportation like auto rickshaw, bus, toto and cab is available all time. It's a 1 storied building with only 4 double bedrooms and one single bedroom all bath attached in it, perfect for a group of 12-16people. We have terrace space for event purposes. Coming to the rooms all rooms are with double bedded 3 feet 6 inches wide & 5 feet 3 inches long with not many stairs every body can use the kitchenette appliances and also the terrace space and corridor. Wi-Fi speed is good enough. There's a small dining area for max 9-10 heads. The house is entirely CCTV covered for tight security. Guest access Guests are able to access all the appliances in the kitchenette they can also cook by themselves if they wish too. Gas usage will be chargeable. We have 24*7 Two Caretakers present at the property. They can as-well do the cooking for you. Guests can use terrace space to roam about. Other things to note Please be Informed: If you book for 1, 2 or 3 person you will be provided with one private room + 1 mattress if (3 person resides.) Same as If you book for 4 or 5 persons you’ll be provided with 2 private rooms + 1 Mattress if 5 person resides) and so on. To book the entire 5 bedrooms you’ll have to book for 10 persons ( approx) Loud music parties or rave parties not allowed. Loud music not be played after 22:00 P.M. We get closed by 22:00. Not all areas accessible for smoking. We keep the place very clean, guests are asked to keep their shoes at the staircase to maintain hygiene just like you stay at home. We provide sleepers for every guest.
