Wedlands Cottage, spacious and (Dog Friendly!)

Come and enjoy this beautiful self contained two bedroom cottage set within a small holding in Langtree. It has transport links to Bideford and Barnstaple and Westward Ho! and Instow beaches are a 20 minute drive. It has a beautiful south facing aspect, with stunning views towards Dartmoor. it has a private front courtyard and entrance. The space At Wedlands Cottage there is plenty of parking in our private courtyard so your vehicles will be completely safe. This is a rural aspect but there is a bus that runs every 30 minutes going to several destinations, including Bideford, Barnstaple, Instow, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe and Infracombe. Guest access Guests have full access to the main courtyard and have a private gated courtyard garden to the front of the property. Other things to note We do have wifi here but we do feel that we need to manage peoples expectations of this as we are in a rural environment and often have issues with connectivity.
