Romantic terrace on the lake

La Nuova Cappelletta is located on the Lake of Como, in the small village Vassena. The house is very bright, with a lovely flowery terrace and a spectacular view of lake and the beautiful mountains. The space La Nuova Cappelletta is located in the small and lovely village named Vassena, nearby the Lake of Como. The house is a private estate, very bright and beautifully furnished. The attic has a wonderful terrace facing the lake and the marvelous mountain crown. The courtyard leads to the entrance of the apartment, that is entirely private. The courtyard is spacious and blooming, intimate and refreshing during the warm summer days. A dining table is available for nice and relaxing meals during the warmer hours of the day. In the hall of the apartment, below the staircase, there is space for the storage of cleaning tools and sport equipments. Eventually, 2 bikes can also fit in! The apartment is an open-space studio very bright and spacious, arranged on 2 levels and furnished with care and taste, as a real Italian home :) The living area has a bed-sofa for 2 people, a dining table, armchair, carpets and cushions. During the cooler periods you can use the fireplace and relax with some music, a good book and a glass of wine. The kitchen is separate from the living area. It's very bright and colorful, has a window that overlooks the courtyard, is fully equipped with utensils, furniture and new domestic appliances (oven, refrigerator..). The bathroom with window has a separate shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Bed linen and towels are provided. The stairs in the living-room lead to the wooden loft, where a single bed and a double bed are located. The windows here are very special. They provide a lot of light to the apartment and most importantly, they offer a stunning view of the lake, the mountains and the red roofs of the village, as a natural painting of the Lake of Como. On the shelves, you will find numerous books and a stereo for your music. From the loft you have access to the wonderful flowered terrace, characterized by it's astonishing view. The terrace is great for morning breakfasts and romantic dinners by candlelight, and also for sunbathing and get a tan during summer afternoons. The potted aromatic herbs in the terrace can be used for cooking or drinks.This romantic terrace is ideal for those who want some privacy and quiet, by enjoying the special italian environment as well as the lake climate and the panorama. Other things to note The kayak is available to my guests. It;located in the courtyard, the puddle and lifejacket are stored below the staircase. For your safety, the use of the life jacket is mandatory. I recommend using the kayak from 11:00 to 14:00, and after 18:00, when the lake is calm.
