The property offers complete privacy, while only a short drive to all the best cafes, restaurants and antique shops. The property is approximately 10 minutes from Mona Farm. The space Nestled on 7 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, recognized by the NSW Gardens Trust, our villa offers a peaceful retreat. The home is split over two levels, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area leading into a formal lounge. A second living room features a large TV with Netflix and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The spacious master suite includes an en-suite with both a bath and shower, and French provincial doors opening to a private patio overlooking the countryside. Upstairs, you’ll find a kids' room with two king single beds with two single trundles and an en-suite, while the third bedroom offers a king-sized bed, en-suite, and views over the pool and gardens. The villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with French provincial double doors leading to a winter courtyard complete with a BBQ, perfect for entertaining year-round. For a more relaxed experience, gather around the outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows and enjoy the stars or take a dip in our 12m mineral pool surrounded by the gardens. Note: The gardens are maintained weekly during spring and summer, which may include lawn mowing. We’ll provide notice if this coincides with your stay to minimize disruption. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property. Whether you enjoy strolling around the gardens, finding a picnic spot under a large oak tree, picking fresh herbs to cook with, or lounging in the sun, it’s a getaway you won’t forget. Other things to note Like any country property, we advise guests to be mindful of snakes during the summer months. While we haven’t seen any around the house, we always recommend guests wear enclosed shoes when walking around the gardens and be mindful of where you step. Occasionally there may be a blackout that impacts the area. As we use rain water tanks that are accessed via an electrical pump, there will be no water during a blackout. There are large containers of drinking water in the pantry if this occurs, and the power is usually restored within a few hours. Registration Details PID-STRA-9831
