Townhouse with a 400m2 private garden located in the quiet village of Ordis, located in the Alt Empordà (Girona). The house consists of a ground floor with a living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor, there are the bedrooms and the other bathroom. Ideal house for families with children. Ordis is a quiet inland village of 300 inhabitants, 20 minutes from the beach and the mountains. The space The house consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160x200 and 140x200), and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200). Each of the rooms has a closet. We do not provide sheets or towels. Guests must bring their own. The living-dining room has an extendable table, a 3-seater sofa plus two armchairs, a TV, and stereo equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, toaster, and Nespresso machine. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and the other has a shower. There is no problem parking in front of the house. The garden has a table for outdoor dining and a trampoline. A charcoal BBQ is also available for guests (charcoal is at guests' expense).
