3 bedrooms available in this charming quiet 4 bedroom Victorian home in the heart of Pontcanna with its cafes, bars, restaurants and parks only a minute's walk away. It's also in a perfect position for Cardiff's numerous events with the city centre and Principality Stadium a 15 mins walk away and SWALEC Stadium 10 mins away on foot. We can accommodate 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. A 4th 'bedroom' is available (a chair bed in one of the reception rooms) which can push the number of guests up to 7 The space We have a typically Victorian terraced property which has been extended and modernised without losing its original features. There is a double bedroom which has a wardrobe for your belongings, a single bedroom which turns into a double if you wish (a pine Woodstock Trundle Guest Bed) and an attic conversion with double sofa bed and folding single bed. There is a 32" television in this room. The kitchen is a large open area with living space and a comfortable lounging leather sofa to watch the extra large TV screen, there's also a large kitchen country table to sit 8 people. The lounge is our quiet room with a three piece suite and TV whilst the middle room is slowly becoming a playroom. However if you do want to bring more that 6, we can set up a sleeping area here if needed. The garden has recently been updated and has a fantastic artificial lawn - perfect for children to play on, to sit out and enjoy the weather or to look at from the open-plan kitchen. Guest access The 4th front bedroom is off limits as this is our home. During your stay As a couple we are often away from the city but if we are around and staying at the house, we respect the guests privacy and keep a distance so as to give our guests space. Other things to note - No smoking - No stag/hen dos and no parties as this is a quiet street. - Quiet time after 12pm please as we are a quiet street
