Abalone Guest Accommodation - quiet & private

The unit is a renovated wing of our home with a private entrance, lounge/dining, 2 carpeted bedrooms with a Q bed & 2 K singles, toilet & bathroom & very well-equipped kitchenette. It is quiet, fully self-contained and private. We only accommodate 4 people and are located 3k away from the town centre. Our accommodation is not a party house. We do not accommodate children under 12 including babies or dogs. STRICTLY NO COOKING CRABS OR GUTTING/CLEANING OF FISH IN THE HOUSE. The space This renovated accommodation is well-appointed, clean and comfortable. It is tastefully decorated and has homely touches. The lounge/dining consists of 2 leather lounges, coffee table, entertainment unit with TV and DVD/CD player and a dining suite for 4 people. A choice of DVDs is available plus playing cards, Uno and Scrabble. We provide maps and brochures of the area and happy to recommend places to see and to dine. There is a modern kitchenette which comprises fridge, microwave, a 2 burner electric hotplate (no oven), saucepans, frying pans, microwave and toasted sandwich maker/grill plus lots of extras. The kitchen leads out to your own private deck area where there is a small table and chairs, an outdoor lounge setting and your own personal barbeque. There is an air-conditioner in the loungeroom and all rooms have ceiling fans. We have excellent heating from a gas log fire in the loungeroom. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete privacy in both the unit and their deck. Other things to note Our guest area is very comfortable and welcoming and we are sure you will feel at home. We have endeavoured to fit out our kitchenette with all that you need and have included tea/coffee/sugar/enough milk for your first cuppa as well as salt/pepper/oil/serviettes - all the things that guests don't usually pack. We offer you a quiet stay and all we ask is that you respect the fact that our home is next door and ask that you be mindful of noise levels. This is definitely not a party house.
