Ideally located at the foot of Notre Dame de la Garde, in this pretty district of Saint Victor, I offer you my ground floor house with its adjoining garden in which you can enjoy a good barbecue in the shade of the vineyard! The refurbished apartment has a veranda kitchen overlooking the garden, a small living room, a bedroom (without separation from the living room) and a nice bathroom. You will enter independently through the garden. The space The Saint Victor neighborhood is one of the most pleasant neighborhoods in Marseille, due to its proximity to Notre Dame de la Garde, the Pharo, the Old Port and the Abbey of Saint Victor. In addition, the nightlife is thriving and pleasant. On this garden level, you will enjoy the quiet of this proximity to the city center. Guest access The whole apartment + the garden that is yours :) We like to meet our tenants if they wish, but we leave you your peace of mind 😌 Other things to note I would like to draw your attention to the location of the apartment. We are below Notre Dame de la Garde, so on the hill!
