It has 5 bedrooms all equipped with AC and pvt washrooms. It has a kitchen wherein basic things like tea coffee and Maggi can be made. Caretaker is available at the property Huge private parking space of upto 5-6 cars is available. This villa is located in the city center of Lonavala Just 1.5km from Kumar resort 1km from the LONAVALA railway Station some House Rules Outdoor Music is not allowed day time as well. indoors music is fine at low volume only. Guest access guests have access to the whole property except a balcony on first floor there is a large private parking space private garden with a gazebo private swimming pool Other things to note a refundable amount will be collected at the time of checkin which will be returned at the time of Checkout incase of no damages to the property. incase if there is power failure from the MSEB we are not liable for any deduction and damages from the geust.
