The beautiful, large kitchen-living room, two hallways and the bathroom with window are shared. A large shopping center (including pharmacy, dry cleaning, Chinese takeaway, etc.) is a 5-minute walk away. A Greek restaurant with very good food and an Italian restaurant are within walking distance. The apartment is centrally located, right at a tram stop. The ride to the city takes 10 minutes. Parking, even for larger cars (Sprinter, motorhome, etc.) is available in the parallel street behind the house. The highways in all directions are not far away.
