Cycladic house in the village of Ktikado

Our beautiful house is at the traditional village of Ktikados just 12' from the center of Tinos and just 15 Kolibithra beach . It was built on 1955 and renovated in 2021. Just a few meters away from the house there is parking for your car,one of the most well known taverns of the island,a family restaurant, pilgrims to walk,a traditional shop of handmade candles, two churches.The house is perfect for families and has an amazing view of the Aegean sea . The space The house has a side yard with garden and a front terrace of 18 square meters with panoramic views to Syros. It is sunny, airy and spacious. It includes 3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, a wc, 2 spacious dining rooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are designed and decorated according to the Cycladic architecture in combination with modern elements. The two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has a bunk bed with 2 single beds.
