Hiri House - A/C- Wi-Fi- Hiriketiya beach- Garden

Hiri House, is a beautiful private villa, 300 meters or a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Hiriketiya beach. The house is right on the main Hiriketiya road, which leads down to the centre of Hiriketiya bay. Dots Bay House, Smoke and bitters, Salt house and more bars and restaurants are all no more than a 3-4 minute walk from the house. Perfect for a family or a bunch of friends and super comfortable for 5 guests for that perfect beach/surf/swim holiday. The space The house is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa with a small beautiful tropical garden completely covered with lush greenery. (Majority being Mango Trees) The house has a sofa bed for a 5th adult to sleep on comfortably too. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and spacious and very very comfortable. One bathroom has a hot water shower and the other has a cold water shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, panini press etc The living room and the entire house has polished titanium cut cement floors and is beautiful and also very cool throughout the day. The garden is tree covered, therefore also very nice and cool. Making it perfect to spend some time having a drink, maybe reading a book or doing nothing at all! Other things to note Since wifi is important to all guests please note that Hiriketiya overall at times has weak internet. The house does have a good wifi router with plenty of data for use but will have weak signals at times. Whilst it’s adequate for basic use (WhatsApp, Viber etc) it may not be sufficient for work purposes or steaming.
