Sea-n-Stars is a 4 bedroom holiday home situated in Second Valley, only a short walk to beach, with spectacular views of the sea and hills from the decking. We offer family and pet friendly accommodation at an affordable price. The space Sea-n-Stars is available for rent all year round. It is perfect for a summer escape or a winter retreat. Sit out on the decking and take in the beautiful views of the ocean whilst sipping on your wine or cuppa! Shoot some hoops, have a hit of half court tennis, or backyard cricket, or enjoy gazing at the stars in our fully paved and fenced back yard. Gather by the firepit for a chat and to toast some marshmallows in winter. We offer family friendly and pet friendly accommodation at an affordable price. Free nbn wifi included! Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 have queen beds and ceiling fans, and bedroom 4 has single bed with a trundle, which can either be used a single bed, 2 single beds or a king bed. Bedroom 4 also has a ceiling fan, TV, playstation 2 and PS2 games. Lounge area has flat screen led/lcd tv with Foxtel - Movies & Sport, DVD player, dvd's and stereo system. Dining area has 8 person table and chairs and separate lounge area with a fantastic view of the sea and hills. The house has a reverse cycle airconditioner in the lounge area. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, under bench oven and hotplates, coffee machine and all the cooking appliances needed. Bathroom has shower and toilet (no bath), an additional separate toilet with vanity room. Washing machine in laundry area. Fully paved backyard creating a very large outdoor entertaining area. Shoot some hoops, play tennis, badminton (bring own net, racquets or beach bats), play cricket, toast marshmallows over the fire pit (fire season restrictions permitting) or chill out and gaze at the stars, using our outdoor reclining chairs. Pet friendly, fully fenced yard. Plenty of off-street parking for 4 vehicles. Linen (bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels) can be provided at an extra cost of $30 per room to cover cleaning etc. Note: Quilts, pillows, hand towels and tea towels are all included as standard. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Other things to note We have a range of condiments, salt and pepper and oil for you to use if you forget to bring your own.
