Villa Santulli - swimming pool & tennis court

The Villa is located in a park made by 20 villas in a relaxed environment just five minutes from the Agropoli town. There is a private swimming pool and a communal tennis court that belongs to the park. There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with en-suite. Garden is all around the villa. The space The garden is a fabulous 500 sqm example of Mediterranean plants. The colors, the smells, the air flavor will help to push out any stress of your ordinary life. The numerous terraces will embrace you and show different angles of a wonderful landscape. The garden also includes a sunbeds area, wood oven and barbecue area, outside showers. The inside of the villa is made by 3 floors. On the ground floor there is an independent apartment made by 1 bedroom , a kitchen , a bathroom with shower and a spacious dining room with a sofa that becomes a double bed. so the entire flat is enough for a family with 2 children of a group of 4 friends. The first and second floor form the bigger apartment. On the first floor there is a big dining room , the kitchen , a toilet, the single bedroom with en suit bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms with the biggest bathroom. Guest access Important: The prices shown on this webpage ONLY refers to the rent of the entire villa (3 double + 1 single) . If you wish you can also rent only 2 double + 1 single (save 10%) or even 1 double + 1 single (save 20%) if you want to add also the ground floor apartment (sleeps 11), total cost will be 50% higher of the listed price . The villa is located inside a 22 villas residence. so there is a gate to access. The inside parking space is assigned to the ground floor guests . There are stairs all around the garden, but they are formed by very low steps The residence offer 2 spacious parking areas that can fit any number of cars Other things to note We are in partnership with the best B&B in the area. Il falco del Cilento (namethotit) the B&B is just 5 minutes from the villa. if you go there and mention that you are our guest (or just tell us and we will inform the B&B ) you will receive same price of the B&B guest such as 1) Access to the swimming pool 5E per adult (below 12 years old is free) 2) Lunch or dinner for person 20E (starter/pasta/main course/cake) or 35E lunch and dinner. please bear in mind every food provided is hand made produced (from the bread to the pasta). you can also participate to fresh pasta and pizza dough preparation classes.
