Beautiful village house, full of character, tastefully styled, private heated pool in Roujan, near ancient town of Pezenas. 3 beds and 3 baths. Sleeps 6-8. Easy 20 min drive to sandy beaches of Med and Languedoc National Park. Located in centre of village, on lovely quiet street near to local bar, restaurants & fabulous supermarket. Lots to do nearby, from kayaking to walking to wine tasting or enjoying regional wines and produce. Tennis court stones throw away too. Perfect summer getaway! The space Our house is versatile and suits both groups of friends travelling together, or a family with children. Heated pool is great, and our outdoor terraces are perfect for al fresco dining. Lots of lovely spots to relax, from our beautiful covered terrace, to our sunny open areas. A French day bed beckons you on the covered terrace, what better spot to recline and read. the house is ideally positioned for access to mountains, coast and local vineyards... and swimming lake is around 8 min drive. Masses to do for both adults and kids too. House is exceptionally well equipped, it is a private house rather than a gite. You will find everything from cheese knives to oyster openers to coffee makers, and of course carafes to fill ;). Guest access You have the run of the whole house, all three floors and the private pool. Other things to note Not typical gite, very well equipped house. A home from home.
