Ski-in Ski-out studio condo in Winter Park resort at Iron Horse, between Mary Jane and Winter Park proper. Queen murphy bed and pull-out sofa with fireplace, full kitchen, dining table, TV, balcony, and tub with shower. 4th floor unit with elevators and underground heated parking-1 car. Ski-out is a green run to Winter Park main base area. Ski-in requires skiers to take a blue run. There is a free shuttle from Winter Park base to the condo if you aren't comfortable on the blue run. #008738 The space Iron Horse was a former Ski resort hotel that was converted to condos. There is a front desk still leftover, but there is no staff on-site. We can fit 4 people if there are children. There is a pull-out sofa that is good for kids. Please let us know if you're bringing kids and we can accommodate. Guest access You will receive a check-in code on the day of your arrival that will work during your stay. You can park in the garage or in the outdoor spaces marked Iron Horse. The parking pass must be placed in your vehicle while you are on-site. The association charges $100 for lost parking passes, so if you lost it, we will keep your deposit to cover the cost. There is only enough parking for one vehicle, also taller vehicles must park outside. Normal pickup trucks fit in the garage, but lifted trucks or vehicles with racks on top might not fit. Other things to note Please son't forget to leave both parking passes in the bowl on kitchen counter when you leave. There is an additional charge if you forget.
