Luxury B&B "In De Schulp", with terrace & parking space

In an oasis of peace, near the center of Amsterdam is this gem in Amstelveen; a luxury guest suite/B&B. Private entrance, cosy living room with sitting/dining area and kitchenette (without hobs/stove, oven/microwave). Doors to private terrace. You will sleep well in a king-size box-spring bed. Adjacent beautiful luxury bathroom with toilet, sink, Grohe rainshower. Ground floor. Floor heating/cooling. Climate-neutral. Parking space on private property! Charging point electric cars 20m. Tram stop 5 min. The space The stay (30m2) has all the comforts. The kitchenette has a nice marble counter top, a combi-oven/microwave (no stove) and a fridge. In the living room you can relax, eat and work, and there is a free Wi-Fi connection. There is a private terrace for 2 people, where you can sit outside and eat in the summer. Guest access You have the studio all to yourself. Private entrance on the other side of our home. Bathroom and kitchenette are for your own use. From the living room of the studio you enter the private terrace with its own seating area. Other things to note The studio/guest suite's private terrace flows into our own garden. Our garden is purely for our own use, in which of course our children also occasionally play. We live very close to Amsterdam and yet in a nice quiet neighborhood, and that's why we like to keep it pleasant for our neighbors; we want our guests to comply with our house rules: - Accommodation can accommodate up to 2 guests. (No extra lodges!) - After 23:00 in the evening and before 7:00 in the morning it must be quiet outside. - Smoking and drug use: not allowed! - Our stay is not suitable for children and pets are not allowed due to hygienic reasons and allergies. Please note: We will not tolerate any nuisance or violation of the above, we have a zero-tolerance policy and we may impose a fine on you.
