Self contained, detached studio walking distance to the beach. Studio has own entrance, own parking space and own South facing decking, with partial estuary & sea views, + hot tub! The space Studio includes: *Kitchenette: fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, fully stocked with all utensils, crockery and your breakfast & hot drink essentials *Private bathroom, with luxurious rain forest shower plus second shower head, heated towel rail, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries *Double bed and choice of soft and firm hotel pillows *Smart TV with built in DVD *WIFI *Dining table and chairs *Rainy day box with a selection of classic DVD’s, games and local books to keep you entertained. Outdoors: *Your very own South facing decking, nestled amongst plum and apple trees with sea and estuary views. *Hot tub *Sun loungers x 2 *Bistro table and chairs The Studio & decking is in the garden of our family home. You have your own private entrance. The decking is part of Sunset Studio, and is exclusively for our guests. The decking has two aspects. The first being behind a willow wall to offer you privacy whilst in the hot tub and whilst sat at the bistro table. The second is more open, so that you can enjoy the views of the Estuary. Sunset Studio is ideally suited for a couple or individual, but we can accommodate a child or infant with our single Z Bed and travel cot, both available on request. Exmouth is a beautiful spot of Devon, with two miles of Sandy beaches along the Jurassic Coastline. We have a Marina, world class water sports, cinema, bars, and restaurants (including the new “Mickeys” by Michelin star chef Michael Caines). There is also a train line direct to the historic city of Exeter, for great shopping and sightseeing. Sunset Studio is in a fantastic spot of Exmouth. Close enough where you can walk to all the sights, but tucked away in a peaceful and quiet spot.
