Mendes Guesthouse: Double Room (2 adults+Bb)

Mendes Guesthouse is In the heart of Praia, and the perfect place to meet new people and share travel journeys. We are 7 min drive from/to the airport, 5 to the Harbour and 5 min walk to the Sucupira Market, and 25-30 min to Kebra Canela Beach (most popular in Praia). First, we have to acknowledge the natural light in this room. This room accommodates a Family with one or 2 toddlers, has a wardrobe, nightstands a little table and a fan. The space Head on to the balcony to enjoy your cold beer or a hot tea :) The living room is also the place to gather. The kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and socialize. If you need anything we will gladly help you. The house has 4 more extra rooms for guests. If looking for space for 14, we have extra rooms, and a shared dorm. Do check out our other listing! We have an additional room at Mendes Family Homestay (our home) and rent the whole apartment when we are away for vacation. Guest access All rooms are private, (except for the dorm), the bathrooms are shared, the balcony and living room and are used by everyone. There is a kitchenet that is started to be equipped again. Here you can prepare your food, grab utensils, make coffee/tea (reminder it's free), make a sandwich, or smoothie, and label and store stuff in the fridge. Please don't forget to clean-up after yourself. During your stay We respect peoples' private space. We also love socializing, exchanging opinions, and helping them make plans, so you can come to us whenever we're around or reach us on our phones if it's urgent. Other things to note The ones who read the description and communicate when having doubts or incident of any kind during their stay, definitely have better stays. Get your African braids done right here! If you rent out a car or scooter, and you manage to find parking it's free. We provide experiences, help you get in contact with a car rental service for €45/day or a scooter for €25. Tour excursions with just a driver, or with a French speaking or English-speaking licenced guide. We have a Santiago Island itinerary at your disposal for free. We look forward to meeting you!
