The space Our detached vacation home is located on a 1,200-m² natural estate with a garden and a small wood on a sunny south-facing slope in Falkau am Feldberg. From here, you can enjoy an impressive view over the panorama of the High Black Forest. With 170 sqm (1,830 sq ft), the house offers plenty of space for up to 12 guests and is perfect for large families, multigenerational vacations, or groups of friends. Amenities include: • 4 bedrooms with double bed (extra beds and baby cot available) • 1 additional living and play room can be used as an extra bedroom, with a sofa bed • Living room with fireplace, sofa, TV (with Netflix), and JBL speaker • Dining room with large dining table (high chair available) • Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker) • 2 bathrooms with shower The highlight is the spacious wellness and outdoor area: • 80 m² sun terrace • Swedish wood-fired hot tub (jacuzzi) with Feldberg spring water • Panoramic barrel sauna • Large outdoor dining area • Large dining area with gas grill • Garden with private campfire pit After a day of skiing on the Feldberg or a hike through the Black Forest, you can relax here in complete privacy. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves and free access to the ground floor and the 1st floor. Not accessible are: • Attic • Basement (boiler room) The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, can be used on request for stays of 5 nights or more. Hot Tub • Wood-fired • Filled with clear Feldberg spring water • Space for 6–8 people Price: €90 per fill (use for approx. 2–3 days). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance that you will be using the hot tub so we can prepare it for you. When you book, you will receive the Hochschwarzwald Card, which gives you free access to over 100 attractions in the region – including mountain railways, leisure activities, and swimming paradises. Location The house is centrally located in the High Black Forest and is an ideal base for numerous outdoor activities: • Feldberg ski area (around 8 km) • Schluchsee (about 9 km) • Titisee (approx. 10 km) • Windgfällweiher (approx. 3 km) All destinations can be reached in approximately 5–15 minutes by car. Hiking trails, bike routes, ski slopes, and the extensive cross-country ski trail network start very close by.
