The apartment, located in the heart of Naples, offers two bright bedrooms (plus living room, kitchen and bathroom) which can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Just moments from Piazza Plebiscito, the flat is set on a high floor of a building with elevator. There is also a Garage nearby (50mt) which offers parking space for hourly/daily fees. The flat has been recently refurbished, offering, among other comforts, ultra fast optical fibre Wi-Fi, HD TV, washing machine, central heating. The space The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a family bathroom for a total of 70 square meters. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160 cm) while the second bedroom comes with a king size bed (180 cm) which can be split in two generous single beds. All beds are equipped with high quality padded, pocket sprung mattresses, which offers all the comfort you need for a really good night's sleep. A (welded mesh) single pouf bed is available to accommodate a fifth person, or a child. The apartment is in perfect conditions since it's been completely refurbished and furnished few years ago, mixing Mediterranean style with simple and functional design. Precious Vietri tiles give a unique touch to the built-in kitchen which, among other things, features a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster as well as a classic Bialetti Moka. I've also kept the environment in mind: the flat is in fact equipped with LED lighting and insulating (and sound-proof) fixtures. The shower is spacious and the boiler offers continuous hot water as well as heating. I provide towels, sheets, hairdryer and some essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) Guest access The flat is let entirely as seen in the pictures. Other things to note ### A NOTE ABOUT AIR CONDITIONING - If you plan to book a stay during the hot season, please be advised that the apartment is equipped with home-grade air conditioning units: a 12,000 BTU unit in the main bedroom (22sqm), a 9,000 BTU unit in the smaller bedroom (12 sqm) and no unit in the living room. These systems are effective at cooling the apartment, but they are NOT HOTEL-GRADE installations with instant climate control.
