A modern house with a private pool and garden, in a very quiet residential development next to the forest. 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Barcelona and the Costa Brava. The house is divided into two floors. Ground floor with kitchen, dining room and a bathroom and upper floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden consists of a swimming pool, a shaded dining area with a large table, hammocks, chill-out area and barbecue. Pets are allowed. The space Guests can use the entire home except for the indoor parking lot and basement, which are closed. For these two rooms we have a bathroom with shower. The suite room is very complete and has a bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
