Based in the village of Hucclecote near Cheltenham and Gloucester in a quiet and pleasant location and on the doorstep to the Cotswolds. Ideal for those wishing to explore the area or business people needing easy access to Gloucester business park and on the ring road for easy access to GCHQ on the outskirts of Cheltenham. The space Purpose built studio apartment with off road parking, rear south facing garden and a comfortable full size double bed. You have your own kitchenette area and breakfast bar. Ensuite facilities include private shower, heated towel rail and towels, basin with under storage and WC. Kitchen area consists of seating at breakfast bar, hot and cold running water, fridge, sink/drainer, kettle with tea and coffee, electric toaster, microwave oven, cups, plates and cutlery along with some washing up facilities. Tea coffee and milk is provided. Bedroom/ living area consists of full size double bed with under storage, wardrobe for storage and television. We do allow pets and there is a small charge for them so please ensure you add your pets to the booking. Guest access Front and rear access with your own doors to the studio apartment. Access to a washing machine is available for a small fee of £5 to cover detergent and electricity, however you will need to inform us if it is required as it is within the main dwelling. Washing line is available and free to use within the garden. Other things to note Local shops are minutes away including a large tesco and Aldi store along with some other smaller shops and bakeries within easy walking distance. Petrol stations if needed are just a mile away as are local vetinary practices. An excellent selection of takeaway foods that deliver are also based conveniently. Superbly easy access into either Cheltenham spa or Gloucester with just a 2 minute walk to the local bus stop. Coopers hill with the infamous cheese rolling is just a 5 minute drive away. The Cotswolds again less than 10 minutes away. Ideal for those that wish to attend Cheltenham horse racing meets or the Gloucester quays for sightseeing and the amazing cathedral where much of the Harry Potter films were made. Easily commutable to places such as Fairford and the royal international air tattoo not to mention 30 minutes or so away from areas such as Cirencester, Bourton on the water, Stratford on Avon or Lechlade upon Thames to mention just a few.
