The annexe is for 2 guests and consists of, - kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dolce gusto coffee machine, all expected crockery, pans and utensils - shower room with wc and handbasin and towels. - large furnished living space with a comfortable double bed, quality bedding, TV/DVD player, Bluetooth/usb music speaker and dining space. There is a hanging rack for a small amount of clothing. - high speed internet - secure storage is available for guests needing to store bicycles, paddle boards etc The entire place is 38 square metres Guest access The place is entirely yours and is totally self contained with a view of my garden from the kitchen ( unfortunately access isn't possible). Access is via a dedicated front door and there is one flight of stairs to the first floor. Other things to note Pleas be aware of the following before you book/enquire, The accommodation is only suitable for 2 people and I do not accept children, pets or long term lets. I can be flexible regarding 'babes in arms'. There is no cleaning fee, we just ask that you please leave the annexe as clean and tidy as possible. 10% discount for stays of 7 days or more 20% discount for stays of 28 days or more
