Within their 42 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Our Apartment Hotel features a total of fourteen carefully designed apartments, organized in 4 types which range from studios (open concept rooms), ideal for 1 or 2 guests, to apartments with up to 2 separate bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Choose between our "Einfach", "Zweifach", "Dreifach" and "Vielfach" apartment types, and their "Plus" variations, according to your preference. Guest access The apartment includes bedding and towels, and is equipped with all the essentials to cook: pots, pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, cups, etc. There is a self-service laundry room in our basement where guests can use the coin-operated washing machine and the dryer. Guests staying with babies and toddlers will receive a baby cot, baby bathtub, potty, high-chair and plastic crockery... Guests are welcome to use our shared roof terrace to gaze upon the city skyline, on the top floor. Other things to note As with all of the city center of Berlin, there can be some construction going on around us, although the apartments are well insulated, it is normal that during business hours some audible disturbances might occur. *NO LATE CHECK OUTS AND EARLY CHECK INS. Please contact the management team via message for such requests. *No Air conditioning. * Extra charges will apply with occupancy more than 2 people. *Yes , this apartment can accommodate upto 4 people(3 beds : one King size bed for 2 and two sofa beds ) but please let us know in advance if you want to have separate sleeping arrangements. For instance , if a booking is made for 3 guests , we only prepare the double bed and one sofa bed for 3 guests. If the 3 people wants to sleep separately , we will need to prepare both the sofa beds in the living room too . Let us now in advance. *We have a sanded concrete floor with a sisal carpet in the dining area.For long term stay with toddlers , it might not be ideal. *Among our hotel services guests can expect complimentary cleaning sessions when booking the same apartment for longer than 10 days - these sessions take place once a week. Additional cleaning sessions can be booked by any of our guests. Each session costs 25 EUR and can only be requested in advance - last minute sessions are not accepted as these services are always limited to staff availability. *For business travelers: NO BILLS ! please contact Airbnb support directly to receive your invoice.
