Living in the romantic market area (apartment THREE)

We have renovated the old inn "Zur Höll" with a lot of passion and expanded 3 apartments. At an additional cost, the former guest room, which is also renovated, can be used. We have e.g. refurbished wooden floors, plastered walls, no fixed carpets, etc. This advertisement refers to the small apartment "THREE" in our holiday home. This is on the first floor and has 1 bedroom with double bed, a kitchen with a pull-out sofa for 2 people and a large bathroom with shower. The furnished terrace on the ground floor, which can be shared, which can be shared, is an additional treat. We also have a large apartment "TWO" for 6 people (60 sqm plus large terrace) and an apartment for 2 people (23 sqm) on offer. We have accepted these separately. All pipes, all windows, heating and all surfaces of the old house have been renovated or renewed. All units have TV, internet, central heating, new bathrooms and wooden floors. The apartments come with new kitchens. Dogs are welcome to come if they are not too big (50 cm; 25 kg). They cost 8,-€ per day. Please inquire. In addition to the impressions of an old Franconian city, the historic and romantic city also offers more culinary than the average, which is at least for us francs of utmost importance. In addition to our own highway exit to the A7, we also have a well-traveled train connection on the Würzburg-Ansbach route. The main bike path, which runs directly past, and several motif bike paths in the Kitzingen district, offer many opportunities to get around by bike. The Steigerwald is 15 km away, which opens up many options for hikers. We are located 20 km from Würzburg, 35 km from Rothenburg o.d.T. and 85 km from Bamberg and Nuremberg. These are all Franconian architectural and cultural pearls! "HEAVEN & HELL" is a pair of contrasts that it has it all. That's why this is also briefly explained here. We had an idea while walking after seeing the sign "to sell" at the old and in need of renovation inn "Zur Höll". After the first visit, this idea further matured, we bought and renovated the building in 2014/15. The goal was to be able to offer guests market-wide beautiful vacation rentals (the "sky"). In addition, part of the idea was to renovate the old guest space (the "Hell"). He is now available for celebrations, seminars, etc. You can take care of yourself here or book various services such as catering or party service. However, the guest room and vacation rentals are not rented at the same time unless overnight accommodations are booked for the celebration.
