The space The villa CLELIA***, located in the picturesque village of Mergozzo, offers an enchanting setting in the heart of the Val Grande National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This typical Italian guest house, spacious and bathed in light, is oriented southwest and surrounded by balconies, terraces, patios and lush gardens. The villa offers two large bedrooms of 20 m² each, equipped with 160 cm beds, located on the first floor with a sunny balcony offering stunning views of the mountains. To ensure the privacy and comfort of guests, rooms are never shared between strangers, except for groups of friends or families with children. Fresh breakfast is included in the nightly rate at no additional cost. For stays of four nights or more, a private 20 m² "taverna" is available, including a kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and 60 m² patio with pool, electric barbecue, and garden furniture. A private toilet and washing machine are also available for extended stays. The region offers a multitude of cultural and sports activities, such as guided hikes in the surrounding mountains, language classes, climbing, and canoe, bicycle, and scooter rentals. Visitors can explore Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, as well as the many artistic and historical villages and landscapes in the surrounding area. Pets are allowed under certain conditions, with specific arrangements for their comfort. Guest access Access to the property is via the highway or the national road, offering convenient and fast connectivity for travel. During your stay Residing myself at the villa, I welcome vacationers every day of their presence. I provide breakfast service, guide and advise them on their stay. Other things to note Included in the booking price of a bed and breakfast: - Breakfast includes teas, coffee, chocolate, croissants, brioches, breads, butter, cupcakes, yogurts, cheeses, seasonal fruits, juices, jams and honey (family production). - Bathroom linen with 5 pieces for each guest, shower gel, shampoo and bathrobe. - Private parking adjacent to the villa. - Bicycle loan. - My pleasure to host, my smile, my guide tips, and my availability. For a stay of 4 nights or more, an additional "taverna" space is available to guests. This space includes a kitchenette, a living room, a shower and toilet area (all over 20 m²) and a patio. It is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishes, table, chairs, sofa and a furnished patio. For a 5-night stay, guests have access to a washing machine (detergent provided by guests). In return for these services, a cordial return is expected from guests, who must remember that they are welcomed in a private home and not in a hotel.
