Near Kavi Subhas Metro Station: is a standalone building with safe environment, well ventilated in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood in South Kolkata with easy access to Metro & Suburban railway. There is private (pvt) entrance to the property-"Mynah" for 2 guests with 1 pvt bedroom & pvt balcony. ONLY Kitchen and living cum dining room are shared with the other Pvt room (Casa Bonita-II). Supermarket, restaurant, Pharmacy, gym, salon, super specialty hospitals, cafe are all nearby. The space It is a very peaceful area, with almost no noise, yet so close to the centre of activity. The flat is very well ventilated and full of sun shine. We have a similar room in the same apartment. Your room, like the other one, has a private bathroom, but kitchen and living room are shared. Our small kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring your every cooking need is met. Stay seamlessly connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay, adding the finishing touch to your peaceful stay. Welcome to a space where peace meets functionality! Guest access Guests can access all the rooms, except Sparrow - "Casa Bonita-II" which has been listed separately in Airbnb Kitchen and living room are only shared. During your stay We are a working couple and available always over phone . We stay in a separate flat in another location of South Kolkata. Sourabh, my husband, is always available to guide and to share his rich experiences coupled with the local support of his friends. Sourabh’s friends consider him an encyclopaedia on Kolkata. He writes a blog and is very passionate about folk art and cultural heritage of West Bengal. Kolkata is considered the Cultural capital of India. Its cultural heritage is unparallel not only in India , but also in the whole world. We have travelled extensively throughout India and the world, leaving our footprints in South East Asia, Europe, Central Asia, Africa and South America. We understand the necessities of a traveler and tried to cater to their needs through our little initiative. Other things to note Additional rules 1. Quiet time after 10 pm 2. There is a separate charge of Rs 129 per day for using Air Conditioning (for Casa Bonita I - Mynah only ), but Microwave, Refrigerator, Induction cooker, Sandwich maker, using the kitchen etc. is free 3. Check out time is 9 am, but we will accomdoate little late check out, whenever feasible. 4. Please bring Govt Id/Passport etc as proof of address and submit a signed copy of the same 6. Unfortunately unmarried Indian (resident) couples are not allowed due to objection from other flat owners. 7. KINDLY USE YOUR OWN PHONE CHARGER FOR CHARGING THE WIFI. IT HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES THAT GUESTS HAVE INADVERTENTLY TAKEN AWAY THE WIFI CHARGER. NEW CHARGERS WERE PROVIDED BUT HISTORY REPEATED. HENCE MY REQUEST IS TO YOUR OWN MOBILE CHARGER.
