Old country station full of charm

The house is a lovely old small station surrounded by fields just 4 km from Etretat and 2 km from the sea. You are immediately elsewhere in a cozy and bucolic universe inviting you to the art of living and to rediscover your child's soul. Beautiful walks on the cliff can be done from the house in beautiful nature. It's the perfect place to rediscover your creativity and have a good time with family or friends. Not suitable for more than 4 adults and 2 children. Other things to note From March 25 to November 12, rail bikes (going from Loges to Etretat) pass in front of the house as well as a small tourist train bringing back the users. This is not a nuisance but rather an attraction and reinforces the playful dimension of the place. The interior decor is cozy and bohemian, composed mainly of flea market items. It's not the great luxury, but it's naturally good. A recently swept wood-burning stove can be used. The house has an area of about 100 m2. It's perfect for two couples and two children (bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom). There is also a baby bed. Coming with more than 4 adults is not recommended anyway because the place is not suitable. The keys are handed over by a concierge service who will contact you before your arrival to set the time of arrival and departure. Knowing that check-in must be before 10 p.m. (beyond that, €20 will be charged and an additional €20 per hour of delay). Check-out time is also to be set before 12 p.m., or even 2 p.m. (to be set with the concierge service). This same service offers, in addition and at the expense of the tenant, the rental of household linen. Otherwise, they will have to come with their sheets, duvet covers, bath towels and kitchen towels. WARNING: a new wood stove will be installed on July 5, it is not possible until then to use the wood stove which is defective.
