My place close to La Baule is a 3 minute walk to the beaches, by the coastal path and close to family friendly activities. The Villa is along the coast, in a peaceful path that directly joins the coastal path, close to the village and shops (about 1.5 km), and only a few kilometers from La Baule (12 km), Sainte-Marguerite (4.5 km), Pornichet (9 km), Guérande (18 km), Le Croisic (22 km), the wild coast, Saint-Nazaire center (6 km) and the Marais de la Brière (20 km)... The property benefits from an enclosed and wooded garden of about 1100 m2. The coastal path serves several beaches and small coves a few minutes away from the property. The Villa is on two levels and consists of a large living /dining room with open kitchen, three bedrooms (two bedrooms on the ground floor, and one bedroom upstairs rather equipped for children), two bathrooms (one independent and one then with a bedroom), two toilets on the ground floor (one independent), a large south-facing terrace in front of the house overlooking the garden and a second terrace upstairs (about 15 m2) facing south with sea views.
