In the urbanisation Hozanejos, between Conil and Chiclana de la Frontera, Villa Sol is situated on a large plot in a quiet location and offers space for 12 people. The high-quality furnished villa in Spanish style extends over 2 levels and has a spacious living room with fireplace and adjoining winter garden, a second smaller living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor as well as further 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies on the first floor. Other things to note The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a television, fans and children's toys. The highlight is the affectionately arranged, well-maintained garden, which promises with numerous shady trees and palms, several partly covered terraces, a grill place and in particular the large pool with outside shower relaxing holidays. A supermarket is only a few metres away, restaurants and bars can be reached within a 10-minute drive. The nearest beach is about 10 km away. Golf lovers will also get their money's worth here: the Campano Golf Club is only a 5-minute drive away. Bed linen are included in the price, towels cannot be provided. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. There is a possibility to make a booking for 13 guests. ***Families only. Groups of young friends are not allowed.
