Beautiful single-family home for peace-seeking, light-loving, architecture-loving and playful families, vacationers and workaholics. The house is located on the southern outskirts of Leipzig, about 15 minutes from the city center, directly adjacent to the Leipzig Neuseenland in a quiet settlement, located directly on the edge of the field. A wonderful starting point for vacations or explorations in and around Leipzig/Western Saxony. The space The house offers everything you need for everyday life, an open kitchen-living room with a gas stove, dishwasher and large dining table. 1 wellness bathroom with rain shower and giant relaxation tub as well as a small guest bathroom on the first floor. 3 bedrooms, one with a huge family bed (230 x 220 cm). There is a fantastic garden for nature lovers with several seating and accommodation options, a tree house, insect meadow, play and sand area and a vegetable garden. Guest access There is access to all rooms of the house and the garden. If necessary, the garage can also be used for parking bicycles, for example. The fireplace is not available! Other things to note A sustainable/ecological way of life is important to us or is part of our lifestyle. Almost all existing food, cleaning and washing agents are organically grown or biodegradable/eco-certified. Hardly any perfumed products are used. Most of the electricity consumed in the house comes from the in-house solar system, and the additional demand is covered by 100% green electricity. For any cleaning projects, we ask that you only use the products provided. Unfortunately, the fireplace is defective and must not be used under any circumstances.
