Studio in the heart of The Lizard Village

Pentire Studio is a beautiful 1 bedroom Studio apartment, overlooking our large garden. You are just a 20 minute walk to the famous Kynance Cove and a mile from the Lizard Point, Britain's most southerly point. You can join the SWCP from many places around the village. The Studio sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed, has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite and central heating. The Lizard Village has 2 pubs, lots of cafes and shops! We are available for min 2 ngt stays Sept-March, 3 ngt April-Aug. The space Pentire Studio is beautiful 1 bedroom apartment attached to our home, but with your own private entrance which faces our large garden. Inside you have a lounge/kitchen which is fitted with white gloss, handleless units. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and plenty of utensils, pots, pans and even a slow cooker (not that you want to do too much cooking on your holiday). The lounge area has a comfy sofa, free view TV and dining table. In the bedroom, there is a king size bed, wardrobe/drawers and an en suite shower room. Outside you have a gravelled area with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The garden also houses our Shepherds Hut (Little Pentire) which we Airbnb too, so if 4 of you are looking to go away, this is an ideal opportunity for you to hire both!! We look forward to you staying in The Lizard! Guest access Guests access the Studio via our drive that leads you to the garden. Your key will be in a fitted key box on the fence post. Please park your car on the village green. Other things to note One well behaved dog is welcome for free!!
