The Malthouse is a converted 18th Century cottage, oozing character and finished to a high standard with all the modern amenities to make your stay super comfortable. Situated just outside of Reynoldston village in the heart of Gower (Britain’s first Area of National Beauty), beaches, walking and nature are all on the doorstep. The space On entering the Malthouse the porch leads to an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and hob/oven. Pots, pans, china and utensils are supplied for you to use. This opens into and adjoins the floor to roof lounge area equipped with wood burning stove and slate floors throughout the downstairs. (Underfloor heating throughout powered by Air Source Heat Pump) Down the corridor is Bedroom 1, with a King (5 foot) bed and the downstairs bathroom next door. Upstairs consists of a mezzanine floor overlooking the downstairs lounge. Oak flooring throughout the upstairs also benefits from underfloor heating. Bedroom 2 with King (5 foot) bed and ensuite shower room is across the landing past the laundry cupboard, fitted with washing machine and tumble dryer. Fresh linen and towels are provided, and given the current Covid-19 situation, thorough cleaning and sanitisation of the property is taking place between every stay and provisions that would normally be available (coffee, tea, sugar etc.) will be removed. Outside of the malthouse is plenty of parking for 3 or 4 cars and your own large lawn area and patio. Inside of the heat pump shed are sun loungers and charcoal bbq for your use.
