Tideway is a stylishly furnished 4 bedroom period house in picturesque Port Isaac. The house is located towards the top of Fore Street and benefits from a large kitchen/ dining room/sitting room leading onto a sunny patio garden with views to the harbour. The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate lounge areas, parking at the front of the house. THIS HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GUESTS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES Regrettably No Dogs Saturday to Saturday changeover( during peak months) The space You get the whole house which comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 different lounge areas plus a large downstairs dining area, ideal for a big group to gather together. There is also a large top loft bedroom with views down to the village and not forgetting the back patio for sunny breakfasts or BBQ's. In short there is lots of space, in fact you'll wonder where your kids have magically disappeared to !! Guest access You get the whole house - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 different lounge areas and a big downstairs dining area which is good for big group get togethers...lots of space for you and your family. There is also a key box outside the front door for very easy key collection - before you arrive I'll send you arrival details which will include the code for the key-box and so when you arrive you can just grab the keys and let yourself in. When you leave you just put the keys back in the key box again. Other things to note This house is arranged over 4 floors and therefore has several sets of stairs, if you have small children then you'll need to bear this in mind. I have always taken my young children and all their little cousins to our house, as well as m now quite elderly parents, but its worth noting these things for safety reasons. But you just need to watch your little ones the stairs ! This house has a big open plan kitchen dining room where you'll end up spending much of your time but there is also a 1st floor lounge where members of your party (particularly teens !), can hang out and have their own space. 2 years ago we extended the loft, installing large Velux windows so the top loft bedroom now has great sea views. Also important for Air B&B guests to be aware of is the fact that this is a rental house so the cupboards when you arrive will not have stocks of food for you. Sorry but there will not be OJ and bagels waiting for you, however I always make sure there are some tea bags and sugar for a nice cuppa when you arrive. The local shop is a really short walk away so its not far to get your provisions.
