At HOOM Home & Hotel you live in your own apartment, as if you were at home but you also stay at a hotel, all at one and the same time. Comfortable, practical and qualitative, all set in a modern and stylish apartment hotel. Stay for one week or several months if you wish. The space The apartments are 25 square meters, comprising 1 room and a kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of every apartment, generously and cleverly planned. All of our apartments has kitchens appliances and are equipped with: Large fridge/freezer combo Practical oven/microwave combo Electric kettle Cooker with ceramic glass hob and extractor fan Dishwasher Guest access FRONT DESK Our reception is unmanned at night and closes at 23:00. We would like to kindly double-check what time you plan to check in., TV , WI-FI, fitness center, Parking is available on the hotel grounds and is included in your stay. It is only permitted to park in our marked parking spaces. We have two different parking lots (one for the B-house and one for the A-house). Please register your license plate number at check-in. Please note that parking spaces are limited. We cannot guarantee parking availability and we do not reserve parking spaces. We only have the number of parking spaces stated in the booking information/advertisement. If our parking area is full, the reception can provide information about paid parking options located approximately 5 minutes by car from the hotel. HOOM HOME & HOTEL is not responsible for vehicles parked outside designated parking areas or along the road. Guests are responsible for following parking regulations and ensuring that their vehicle is parked legally. SECURITY For everyone's safety, the hotel is monitored by surveillance cameras. CLEANING As an apartment hotel, HOOM HOME & HOTEL offers limited cleaning services. Stays of 1–7 nights: Cleaning is provided only after check-out. Long-term stays: Please contact reception to confirm how many cleaning sessions are included in your booking or to request additional cleaning.
