You'll love my place because of the swimming pool, simplicity, cozy ambience, Mediterranean/vintage style. Family house with apartments. Not adapted for the disabled. Who my place is for: we prefer families (with children). My place is not for groups of young people (parties, loud music, disturbing other guests, etc... are not allowed!). The guest will be familiar with the house rules upon arrival. The space Family house with a swimming pool where the apartments are located. Cozy Family Apartment (ground floor 55 m2) in Mediterranean/vintage style. Access to the apartment is only by stairs. Interior design natural stone and wood. Natural ambience. The apartment does not have a direct sea view, from the 2 bedrooms there is a view of the pool, the paved part around the pool, sun loungers and the environment, herbs. From the terrace where the grill is located, there is a partial view of the sea, parking, beautifully landscaped environment, garden, Mediterranean herbs, a busy street of local importance. Guest access Guests can move freely around the yard, it is allowed to use the paved area around the pool with sun loungers, the pool of 35 m2 is located behind the house in the fenced area, (you will share the pool with other guests) shower by the pool, additional toilet. For an additional fee, guests can use the services of a classic massage (part by the pool), Sauna. The 35m2 pool is seasonal (usable only in the summer months). The pool is located in the fenced part of the yard (back of the house). Outdoor pool (shallow and deep part), the pool is not electrically heated. The sun makes the pool water warm in the summer months. Other things to note Parking opposite the house, not fenced, on a partially concreted part, parking space 1 per apartment. Illuminated.
