House on the river

Gmund is the insider tip on Lake Tegernsee - our "house on the river" is located directly on the Mangfall and is only 300 m from the train station and 150 m from the lake. Our apartment was completed in 2016, has 2 rooms, a new bathroom and a large kitchen-living room. We have furnished the two-story apartment in such a way that our family, friends and you can feel comfortable here: it is bright, friendly and cozy. Our place is good for couples and families. The space Our holiday home is a two-store flat: on the ground-floor you find the eat-in kitchen, a living room with a food-out Sofa bed and the bathroom. In the attic you find a spacious bedroom with around 30 square meters. We can provide an extra mattress for younger children and a baby crib - please just ask for it in advance. Other things to note The apartment is centrally located yet quiet in a one-way street that is only freely accessible to residents. Once an hour you can hear the Bavarian Oberlandbahn pass by, no train runs at night. The tourist tax in Gmund is payable on site. It is €3 per night for guests 16 years and older, and €1.50 per night for children 6-15 years.
