Welcome to Merchant Villa - a peaceful, sun drenched 4- bedroom retreat just 5 mins from the shores of Kashid Beach. Designed for Laid-back Luxury, our villa blends Mediterranean charm with quiet corners, modern comfort, and the soothing rhythm of coastal life. Nestled in the Gated Community, the villa is good for families and Couples. The Villa also has Quarters for Drivers. We offer a 10% discount for weekdays (Friday to Monday morning excluded) -does not include Public Holidays. The space The Villa has - a spacious Master suite with en-suite bath and curated details and additional beds for families. - two Serene Junior suites with additional beddings with en-suite baths, perfect for families and couples. - a convertible bedroom with ad additional singlet that opens out to the pool with a private balcony. - two dining spaces - indoor and a 12 seater outdoor overlooking the pool. - Open and breezy living space with a bar cabinet and plenty of natural light. - a private swimming pool and lush green farm and patio sit outs. - a terrace overlooking the farm bearing trees of mango, coconuts and chikoos. -all Bedrooms have Air Conditioners with an Inverter Back up. Our Warm, in-house team of three caretakers and cooks will take care of you throughout your stay and will be available 8 am to 10 pm. A fresh home-style breakfast is included every morning for 10 persons over the age of 7 years and an additional Rs. 200 per person will be applicable thereafter. For Lunch and Dinner, meals can be prepared on prior request for an additional charge - Please note that merchant Villa does not have any involvement in meal pricing or payments. We have accomodation for Drivers on chargeable basis for Rs. 750 per night (including breakfast). Guest access Toddlers and young kids are not allowed on the First floor unless accompanied by Adults. Guest access is not available near the wells and the water-storage tanks on the 2nd floor for their own safety. Other things to note House Rules & Safety: Merchant Villa is located within a quiet gated community with strict residential guidelines. We welcome families and mixed groups looking for a serene getaway. - All male groups/ bachelor groups are not permitted. - Parties, loud music, or external guests are strictly not permitted - Merchant villa is a peaceful retreat designed for rest and relaxation - The Swimming Pool in unsupervised and the guests are requested to use it at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. - No Pets allowed on the property as we have our farm dogs that are in the Pen and are released at night for safety concerns. We have a Wadi with Mango, Chikoo and Coconut trees which Guests could access. many a times you get to see beautiful birds on the trees, especially in the mornings. We organise walks to Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary if informed in advance. The in-house cooks also host lovely Konkan Food cooking classes at a nominal cost.
