Main listing is for only upstairs unless paid extra for downstairs. For Downstairs add only 2 extra guest to get price. The space Main House - 3 Bedrooms all with Heating/Cooling can accommodate up to 7 people. 2 full bathrooms, Large lounge with Open Fireplace and Heating/Cooling as well. Below house is an open plan living area with attached bathroom that can accommodate 2 additional guests at additional cost. Guest access Access via onsite Key safe which hold the keys. Other things to note During the period of Christmas and New Year (25th Dec - 1st Jan) there is a minimum booking of 7 days require. Please inquire before hand with any questions.
