The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. With everything a family could need. We are a Pet Friendly retreat with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. We have plenty of kayaks for you to use free of charge. We have a few friendly farm animals including Nigerian Dwarf goats, horses and an alpaca. The space The chalet is equipped with a full sized Kitchen, large fridge with separate freezer. Large bedrooms with a king sized bed in the Master, and 2 long singles in the 2nd Bedroom. A comfortable fold-out bed will suffice for a family of 5. If you prefer, we can set up a king sized bed in the 2nd bedroom (please let us know at time of booking). Why not plan a BBQ out on the Alfresco, whilst the kids play and kick the footy. The tranquil gardens and glimpses of the Stirling ranges are unique. We are pet-friendly. Please enquire with us should you wish to bring your dog. There is a charge of $10 per dog per day. Your dogs are welcome to lounge for the day in the securely fenced dog area, whilst you spend the day out and about. We do allow dogs inside the chalets, however not on carpeted areas or on furniture. An additional cleaning charge will be charged if dogs are evident on carpet. Please do not leave your pets inside the chalets unattended. Guest access We have very friendly Nigerian Dwarf goats. You are welcome to feed the goats small pieces of cut up apple, or they love dried weet-bix. We ask that you do not feed our horses. If one of our horses has escaped, please let us know and we will move them out of your way. Please do not enter any of the horse paddocks. Also remember, all our fencing is electric. We have NBN Wifi, which is very reliable. Telstra mobile phone service is good. No Optus phone service unfortunately. Our Doggy House Rules are as follows: Your dog is welcome at our property, however please ensure you agree to them before booking. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the Chalet. We allow dogs inside the Chalet, but they are not permitted on carpet areas (bedrooms), furnishings or beds. A $50 surcharge will be charged for each room, should there be evidence of your dog on these areas. You are responsible for any breakages or damage your dog may cause. Please keep your dog on a leash. We have a large safe fenced area should your dog wish to play 'off lead'. Please clean up after your dog. Droppings are to be placed in outside bins. Other things to note If you plan on bringing your dog with you on your holiday, please ensure you have read our Doggy House Rules, which are as follows: Your dog is welcome at our property, however please ensure you agree to them before booking.
