Located near metro station Petrogradskaya (M2) and very close are lots of bus lines. Nearest bus stop is ulitsa Lenina. The space This is a communal authentic apartment, shared with five others. House build by architect Dolginov in 1913 year. All public transport is only between 5 and 15 min away. This room for rent is very cosy and compact. The bed is in the mezzanine with a space for a small library of books and collection of heats. Under the bed area there is a space that contains a spacious wardrobe, writing desk, music center and a convertible sofa/bed. In apartment you will find a 16 sq m well equipped shared kitchen: 2 Cookers, fridge, freezer etc. Then we have the bathroom that has the washing machine and toilet. This is suitable for a single person. No smoking preferred. For my gues I will provide registration. We will go together to close Post office there we will made registration. All expenses will pay guest.
