Comfortable 3 bedroom house, open lounge and dining with fire place to keep you cozy on those cooler evenings. Fenced section with lots of green grass to throw a frisbee or throw back a drink. Safe for children to play. Take a short 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach to cool off in the surf and enjoy the sun. Cafe and Dairy in short walking distance from front gate. Waipu town 10mins up the road with everything else you may need. Beds can be made up on request Sadly due to our lovely quiet location, phone reception isn’t always the best. However just pop across to the beach or the nearby cafe and it won’t be a problem for any of those important calls. You will share the property with a Gottage on back of section, which is sometime occupied by the owners. We can’t wait to share our little slice of paradise with you.
