Lagolugano ch, is THE apartment with lake access on Lake Lugano with beautiful views. The apartment has been renovated in a modern way and offers every comfort. Please note that we have an absolutely strict no-smoking policy in and around the house including the terrace. The apartment is also part of a quiet apartment building in which no parties are allowed. The space Clean, open, bright, modern and yet cozy and charming. The garden, however, is used by the ground floor apartment, but can usually be shared by arrangement. A SUP stand up paddle board is available for fun on the water. Please note that there are legal regulations for the use of the SUP. You are responsible for complying with these laws! Other things to note We ask our guests to dispose of their own garbage. 100 meters next to the house is a Migrol gas station (with a small Migrolino shop). On the square there are garbage containers for household waste and various containers for the disposal of glass and PET bottles. Paid garbage bags can be bought at the parish hall in Brusino or at the small village shop (open every morning and Thursday and Friday afternoon). (Only for long-term tenants) Everything is available for short-term tenants. We rent three almost identical apartments in the same property.
